Hoodie Manufacturing

We manufacture custom hoodies to your specification, from the first sample to the final bulk shipment. Our process covers fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, decoration, quality checks, and packing, with clear updates at each stage so you always know where your order stands. You can start with as few as 30 pieces total per style, which makes custom production practical for new brands as well as established labels. We work from your tech pack, sketches, or reference samples, and we help you refine measurements, fabric choices, and construction details before production begins. Choose cotton fleece, cotton-polyester blends, brushed fleece, or other common hoodie fabrics, and select a GSM that matches the weight and feel you want, from lighter everyday fleece to heavier premium styles. For decoration, we offer screen printing, embroidery, and other standard options, and we will advise on placement, size, and thread or ink choices for the best result. Samples take 7 to 14 days, and bulk orders take 15 to 25 days after sample approval, with DDP shipping to the United States.

Styles we manufacture

Pullover hoodies are the classic kangaroo-pocket style, made in 280 to 400+ GSM fleece with your print, embroidery and labels. Zip-up hoodies are full-zip styles for teams, clubs and everyday brands, with custom zips, hoods and drawstrings. Oversized hoodies are streetwear-ready fits made to your exact measurements and tech pack. Heavyweight hoodies use 400+ GSM fabric for winter wear and premium, structured styles. Cropped hoodies offer a shorter, modern fit, and crewneck sweatshirts give you the same fabrics and decoration without a hood. Every style starts at 30 pieces total per style, split inside that 30, so you can test a design without a huge stock commitment.

Fabric & GSM

Choose cotton fleece for a soft, brushed feel, French terry for a lighter, loop-backed fabric, or a cotton-poly blend for everyday durability. Lightweight 180 GSM cotton suits warm cities, everyday 280 to 320 GSM fleece suits most brands, and 400+ GSM suits heavyweight and winter styles. Your fabric and GSM choice affects weight, warmth, drape and price, so tell us your climate and target feel and we will suggest options that fit. Decoration & Private Label

Decorate your hoodies with screen printing, embroidery, or puff print for your artwork, and we will advise on placement, size, and thread or ink choices. For private label, we use your woven labels, tags and packaging, so the finished hoodie carries your brand, not ours. Send your artwork and label details with your quote request, and we will confirm what works best for your fabric and GSM before the sample is made.

Quality at every stage

Quality checks run from cutting to packing, so the bulk matches the approved sample. The sequence is cutting, then sewing, then decoration, then final inspection, then packing. We check measurements, inspection and finishing before packing, and we use private labels and brand packaging as agreed. Approve the sample in 7 to 14 days before bulk starts, and bulk production follows in 15 to 25 days with checks at every stage.

Timeline

Sample in 7 to 14 days, bulk in 15 to 25 days after sample approval, then DDP shipment to the USA and 25+ countries, as agreed. DDP means duties and delivery are included in the agreed plan.
